Initiating psychological interventions to raise the patient\u2019s awareness of his condition and increase his psychological insight, as a specialized work team conducts cognitive-behavioral therapy sessions for the symptoms of schizophrenia and trains the patient to deal with them. Because the schizophrenic patient often suffers from problems in his social skills, he is trained to develop communication skills and express himself and his feelings. Cognitive abilities are developed through special exercises to help the patient integrate into practical life after that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"gspb_heading-id-gsbp-409e294\" class=\"gspb_heading gspb_heading-id-gsbp-409e294\"><strong>The third stage<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">Finally, social intervention with the family and awareness sessions about the patient and how to deal with symptoms and signs of early relapse. This stage of treatment depends on external follow-up of the patient, gradually reintegrating him and interacting with society, and encouraging him to be independent in his life. The center makes weekly and then monthly calls to the family to check on the patient.
